Dr. Nelson Velazquez was born in New City and grew up in Puerto Rico. He graduated from Georgia State University in Atlanta Georgia where he received his undergraduate degree, after receiving his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed his Dermatology residency from the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology. |
